Terms of Service

Effective date: July 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Undefeated platform, website at undefeatedteams.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Undefeated Teams LLC ("Undefeated," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Undefeated is intended for users 13 and older.

You must be at least 18 years old — and legally capable of entering a binding contract — to create a team, hold a coach or organization role, or purchase a paid subscription. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Profiles for children under 13 are not available at this time. We are working to make Undefeated available to younger athletes with verifiable parental consent, and we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy before that changes.

If you are the parent or guardian of a player on a team, you may join that team to follow schedules, announcements, statistics, and highlights, and to communicate with the coach.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@undefeatedteams.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We use Stripe to process payments. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited commercial messages
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Undefeated. The Service is used by youth sports teams and by minors, and we treat this as a condition of using it at all.

Prohibited content. You may not post, upload, share, or transmit content that is obscene, sexually explicit, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, violent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or that exploits or endangers a minor.

Reporting. Every message and every piece of shared media in the app carries a report control. You may also email us at reports@undefeatedteams.com. Reports are reviewed and we act on objectionable content and abusive users within 24 hours of a report — by removing the content, suspending the user, or terminating the account.

Blocking. You may block another user at any time from the app. Coaches and team administrators may remove a member from a team.

Consequences. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this section, without notice and at our discretion. Accounts terminated for this reason may not be recreated.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Undefeated a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and your authorized users.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that Your Content does not violate any law or these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated technology, design, and content are owned by Undefeated Teams LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it as described herein.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time, including at https://undefeatedteams.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain certain data as required by law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDEFEATED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
