Teams may also offer a team store for spirit wear and fundraising. Undefeated is intended for users 13 and older; profiles for children under 13 are not available at this time. 1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register, participate in activities on the Services, or contact us. This may include:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Passwords
- Date of birth
- Photographs and images
- Physical characteristics (such as height and weight on an athletic profile)
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment information. We do not collect or store your full payment card number or security code. Where a purchase is processed online, payment is handled by Stripe, or by Apple or Google where the purchase is made through their app stores. You can review their privacy notices here: Stripe · Apple · Google.
Team Store orders may also be settled directly with a coach, in which case we record only that the order was marked paid. We record the item, size, quantity, price, and the purchasing account. We do not collect a shipping or billing address — items are handed out by the coach.
Application data
If you use our application, we may collect the following if you grant permission:
- Mobile device access. We may request access to your device's camera, photo library and storage, and Face ID / Touch ID for signing in. You can change these in your device settings. We do not request access to your location, microphone, contacts, or calendar.
- Mobile device data. Device model and manufacturer, operating system and version, device identifiers, and IP address.
- Push notifications. We may send notifications about your account or team activity. You can turn these off in your device settings, and you can set your preferences within the app.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your IP address and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you use our Services.
- Log and usage data. Service-related, diagnostic, and performance information our servers record, including IP address, device information, error reports, and information about your activity in the Services.
- Device data. Information about the device you use to access the Services, including device and application identifiers, hardware model, operating system, and system configuration.
- Location. We do not collect precise or GPS location, and our app does not request permission to access your device's location. Like most internet services, our hosting and service providers observe the IP address your device connects from, which indicates an approximate location such as a city or region.
We do not use session replay, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Information collected from other sources
In Short: We may receive information about a player from their coach or guardian.
We do not purchase personal information from data brokers, marketing partners, affiliate programs, or social media platforms.
We do receive information about a person from other users of the Service:
- Coaches may create a profile for a player on their team, which can include the player's name, date of birth, jersey number, and athletic information such as height and weight.
- Parents and guardians on a team may provide or correct information about their own player, such as a date of birth or jersey number.
- Any user may invite someone to join a team by providing that person's email address or phone number.
This means we may hold information about a person that was provided by their coach or guardian rather than by them directly. We use this information only to operate the Service.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: To provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, protect minors, maintain athletic records, for security, and to comply with law.
- To facilitate account creation and authentication, and otherwise manage user accounts.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user.
- To respond to user inquiries and offer support.
- To send administrative information, including changes to our terms and policies.
- To fulfill and manage orders placed through the Team Store.
- To enable user-to-user communications, where you choose to use features that allow it.
- To protect our Services, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
- To evaluate and improve our Services, products, and your experience.
- To identify usage trends, so we can understand how the Services are used and improve them.
- To comply with our legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and establish or defend legal rights.
- To maintain a lasting athletic career record. Statistics, highlights, and game footage are retained and remain associated with an athlete's profile over time, including when they move between teams or organizations.
- To protect the safety of minors using the Service. We use account, membership, and reported-content information to apply age-based limits on what a player can share publicly, review reported messages and video, and keep team communications appropriate for youth participants.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We share information with service providers who operate parts of the Service on our behalf. We do not sell your information.
Service providers. We share data with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services for us and require access to do that work. We have contracts in place designed to safeguard your personal information — they cannot use it for anything other than what we have instructed, and they may not share it with any organization apart from us.
The service providers we share personal information with are:
| Purpose | Provider |
|---|---|
| Cloud computing, database, authentication, file storage | Supabase |
| Messaging and notifications | Stream Chat, Knock, Resend |
| Video hosting and streaming | Mux |
| App delivery, updates, and push notifications | Expo |
| Website hosting | Vercel |
| Error and performance monitoring | Sentry |
| Product analytics | PostHog |
| Payments | Stripe, Apple, Google |
We may also share personal information in these situations:
-
Business transfers. In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
-
Other users. Information you add to a team — including your name, profile photo, jersey number, statistics, attendance, messages, and any photos or video you upload — is visible to other members of that team. It is not posted publicly and is not searchable outside the Service.
Two features can make content public, and only if someone chooses to use them: a highlight can be marked public, and an older player can make a recruiting profile public. Neither is available to a player under 13 — our systems block it automatically, and the same block applies where we do not know a player's age.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the Service to work.
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the Service to work. These keep you signed in and remember which team you are currently viewing. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, and we do not permit third parties to place advertising or tracking technologies on our Services.
Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies, but doing so will prevent you from staying signed in.
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your account information for as long as you have an account. Athletic records and consent records are kept longer.
We keep your account information for as long as you have an account with us.
When you delete your account, we deactivate it and disable sign-in. You may contact us within 30 days to have it restored. After that period, we no longer make your account or profile available in the Service.
Some information is kept for longer:
- Athletic career records. Statistics, highlights, and game footage remain associated with an athlete's profile after they leave a team or close their account, so that their athletic history remains available to them over time.
- Records of consent. Where a parent or guardian has given a consent we are required to be able to demonstrate, we keep a permanent, unalterable record of it. Profiles for children under 13 are not available at this time, so we do not currently hold consent records of this kind.
- Records we must keep by law, or to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
When we no longer have a legitimate need to process personal information, we delete it or remove its connection to you, or securely store and isolate it where deletion is not immediately possible.
6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us using the details in "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
Account information. If you would like to review or change the information in your account, or terminate your account, you can:
- Log in to your account settings and update your user account.
- Contact us using the contact information provided.
- Request account and data deletion at https://undefeatedteams.com/delete-account, without installing the app.
- Parents and guardians may request updates to, or deletion of, their player's profile by contacting us at privacy@undefeatedteams.com, or through the deletion request page above.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate your account as described in section 5. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Cookies. Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this will prevent you from staying signed in.
8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. California law requires us to disclose this. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this Notice.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Requests may be submitted in writing using the contact details in section 13.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
In Short: Undefeated is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Profiles for children under 13 are not available at this time. We are working to make Undefeated available to younger athletes with verifiable parental consent. We will update this Privacy Notice before that changes.
Age protections that are always in force. Regardless of the above, our systems automatically block public recruiting profiles, public highlights, training logs, individual game statistics, and play-by-play records for any player under 13. These blocks also apply where we do not know a player's age, and a date of birth cannot be edited after a profile is created — so the protections cannot be bypassed by changing it.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, or that we hold information about a child under 13, contact us at privacy@undefeatedteams.com and we will investigate and delete it.
11. PARENT AND GUARDIAN RIGHTS
If you are the parent or guardian of a player on a team, you may review the information we hold about your player, ask us to correct it, and request that we delete it. To do so, contact us at privacy@undefeatedteams.com or use https://undefeatedteams.com/delete-account.
Players 13 and older hold their own account and control their own profile. A parent or guardian may join the same team to follow schedules, announcements, statistics, and highlights, and to communicate with the coach.
12. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated effective date at the top. If we make material changes, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice or by directly sending you a notification.
13. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?

Undefeated Teams LLC 13165 Flagstaff Dr Rancho Cucamonga, California 91739 United States
14. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
You have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, details about how we have processed it, to correct inaccuracies, or to delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.
To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, visit https://undefeatedteams.com/contact or email privacy@undefeatedteams.com.
